• Quote enquiries: the contact form hosted by Jotform asks for your first and last name, email address, and phone number.
• Franchise enquiries: the franchise form asks for your name, email address, and phone number and sends those details through FormSubmit to our franchise enquiry inbox.
• Direct communications: if you call or email us, we receive the contact details and information you provide, such as your business name, facility location, cleaning requirements, scheduling preferences, or questions. We may keep related correspondence and follow-up records.
• Technical information: when your browser loads the website or its embedded services, hosting and third-party providers may receive your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring page, and request date and time.

Please provide only information needed for your enquiry. Do not send payment card details, passwords, Social Security numbers, patient records, or other sensitive information through these general enquiry forms. Describing cleaning services for medical facilities does not make these forms a channel for patient information.

We use enquiry and contact information to:

We may also disclose relevant information when required by law or a valid legal process, to protect legal rights or address fraud and security issues, or when you ask us to share it. If ownership of the business changes, relevant records may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and notice requirements.

You may also contact the New Hampshire Attorney General. Applicable legal exceptions may limit a request; exercising a protected privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.

Our social media, map, and donation links take you to independently operated services. The donation pages direct visitors to the Marine Reconnaissance Foundation and Way to Health. Truly, Truly Clean does not collect or process donations through this website. Payment details and donor information you provide there are handled by the recipient organization and its payment providers.
